mechanical equipment manufacturing industry and in many related industry sectors.
Charles Liu has led more than 60 delegations from China to over 30 countries for technical study
tours, for technical training, for the negotiation of commercial contracts and to international conferences
and exhibitions. As Vice President of China Coal Consultant International Corp., under the Ministry of
Coal Industry, PRC, Charles Liu has been the key organizer of the China Coal & Mining Expo Shows held
in Beijing once every two years since 1987. 
For some 30 years Charles Liu has assisted a number of foreign companies in sourcing metal
forgings and castings, machined parts, plastic injection moldings, boiler and pressurized vessels,
aluminium extrusion parts, wheel and rim assemblies and components, bolts, nuts and studs,
hydraulic system and parts,jacks and cylinders, heating oven and components, various kinds of
netting products and numerous miscellaneous parts from China. Charles. Liu was also the key
partner for a Canadian company establishing both a Joint Venture (JV) and a Wholly Owned
Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, which is close to Shanghai.
Charles Liu successfully managed the joint venture for five years.
